It is billed as “The Best of West Virginia” —
and the same goes for those who made its recent expansion possible, says
Dwight Trent, Deputy General Manager of Tamarack, West Virginia’s
renowned arts & crafts center.
“I watched Vecellio & Grogan’s people working and it was
obvious the amount of pride they took in their work,” said Trent. “They were
very professional.”
Despite harsh weather, Vecellio & Grogan successfully
completed site work for the “seamless” expansion, which added 22,000 sq.ft. of
multi-purpose space to the center, located just off I-77 in Beckley.
The project included 124,000 c.y. of excavation, along
with drainage, demolition and clearing.
V&G also received praise for its recent site development
for an expansion at Jim C. Hamer Lumber Co. in Mt. Hope, WV.
The seven-week project included excavation and slope dressing.
“ ‘Outstanding’ would be putting it mildly,” said Plant
Manager Joe Rozell in a letter commending V&G’s
site work. “Vecellio & Grogan is a first-class company that knows the
meaning of the word ‘professionalism.’
